Cancellation of Appointments; Please Consider;

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment  (If an appointment is missed completely without any notice a £50 charge will be made or the treatment will be forfeited which ever is the greater; (This includes consultations that are normally offered free of charge)

We reserve the right to refuse treatment when clients turn up late (This Treatment is chargeable or forfeited if paid up front)

When a course is booked & paid for up-front, it is non-refundable unless there are medical reasons (Doctors letter required)

We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse treatment if these terms & Conditions are not adhered to.

Appointments’ that are not cancelled in time are totally wasted, as they cannot be offered to another client at such short notice. Therapists have lost time & money. When a client has missed two appointments further treatment may be refused.
