Client Guide
Beauty in a Flash provide Advanced Technology Facial & Body therapy treatments, for Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Acne Treatment, Thread Vein Removal & Spot Fat Reduction, which are intended to improve the well being of the clients both physically & mentally!
Consent:
Before
a therapist can provide treatment we must seek your consent to do so. Consent
is a client’s agreement for a therapist to provide treatment and care. For
consent to be valid, the client must sign the consent form, & by signing you
are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
Payments:
Beauty in a Flash (does not accept credit or debit cards) only cash
and cheques with a valid bankers card.
Cancellation of Appointments; Please Consider;
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment (If an appointment is missed completely
without any notice a £50 charge will be made or the treatment will be forfeited
which ever is the greater; (This includes consultations that are normally
offered free of charge)
We reserve the right to refuse treatment when clients turn up late (This
Treatment is chargeable or forfeited if paid up front)
When a course is booked & paid for up-front, it is
non-refundable unless there are medical reasons (Doctors letter required)
We reserve the right to withdraw or refuse treatment if these terms
& Conditions are not adhered to.
Appointments’ that are not cancelled in time are totally wasted, as
they cannot be offered to another client at such short notice. Therapists have
lost time & money. When a client has missed two appointments further
treatment may be refused.
The
Care Quality Commission regulates and inspects providers of independent
healthcare including users of lasers and light based equipment. The Commission
aim to ensure safe, quality assured treatment and care for clients. Ensuring
the service provided meets the needs of its clients is a high priority.
Beauty
in a Flash is registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission and a
report of the Commissions findings is available either at the clinic or
directly from the Commission
This Guide
will be reviewed annually.
